Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people using screen readers, keyboards, zoom or other assistive tools. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we've done

• Descriptions on photos and floor plans.
• Labels on every form field.
• The whole site works with a keyboard, with a "Skip to content" link and visible focus.
• Readable text sizes and strong colour contrast; sold and available units are shown in words, not just colour.
• Pages work on phones and when zoomed in.

Known gaps

The site plan and floor plan images are pictures of drawings. If you need the details in another format, ask us and we'll send them or talk you through them.
